這支樂隊來自澳洲，前期風格主要是後朋，後期趨於沈靜，卻更有壹股肅殺之氣氛。他們是4AD旗下壹支很有影響力的樂隊，有興趣的可以聽聽他們以前的作品，暴烈而黑暗，在《柏林蒼穹下》下，有壹段他們的現場，喜歡看電影的朋友們留意下。主唱有歌特王子的稱號，最為廣大樂迷所熟知的大概就是這張專輯了，大部分人都是由這首專輯的另外壹首<where the wild roses grown>,這首〈henry lee〉也是我極為推崇的另壹首專輯曲目。
Nick Cave和PJ Harvey合唱的Henry Lee，說的是壹個女孩愛著男孩Henry Lee，男孩卻愛上了快樂綠洲裏的另壹個女孩，男孩從此要離開她，女孩與男孩吻別。。。女孩撥出滴血的小刀，把愛人扔進了千多米的深井。。。。。
Nick cave，他從他曾經罪惡無比的生活脫離，從此回歸了上帝的懷抱，唱著no more shall we part裏面的Hallelujah，贊美著神，從此變得恬淡從容。直到今天聽著他的歌。還是能由衷的感到傷悲，為消失的幸福與美麗。
