The first challenge a teacher shall face is how to teach.
The art of teaching is how to impart knowledge to students and make them understand it and master it and finally apply theory to practice. There are so many different ways of teaching and there is always a best way for a specific student. Hence, teachers should teach students in accordance with their aptitude and shouldn't follow the same pattern.
The second challenge is how to win students' respect.
A teacher can be very knowledgeable, but he is not always respected by the students. So how to be a respected person? You must have your special charm, such as a high sense of humor, wisdom, noble character.
Third one is how to be students' friend. If a teacher could become students' good friend, then he knows better about their students' need and interest.
All in all, to be a good teacher is not easy at all.
